Welcome to TukLyft, a multi-vendor transport service platform operated in North Tripura, India.
By downloading, accessing, or using the TukLyft mobile application or website (“Service”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before using the app.
 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the TukLyft app, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms.
• You agree to follow all the rules mentioned here.
• You are at least 18 years old or using the app under legal guidance.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the app immediately.
 

2. About TukLyft

TukLyft is a multi-vendor transport booking platform that connects passengers with:

• Auto drivers
• Taxi operators
• Local transport vendors
• Delivery and logistics providers

TukLyft itself does not operate vehicles, employ drivers, or provide transportation services.
All transport services are managed independently by third-party vendors.
 

3. User Account

To use our services, you may need to create an account.
You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

TukLyft reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violations.
 

4. Booking & Payments

• All bookings made through TukLyft are between you and the vendor/driver.
• Fares, charges, and taxes are shown in the app before confirming a ride.
• Payment methods may include cash, online payment, or in-app wallet options (based on availability).
• TukLyft is not responsible for disputes regarding fares charged by vendors.
   

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation fees may apply based on vendor policies.
• Refunds (if applicable) are issued only after verification.
• TukLyft is not responsible for cancellations made directly by drivers/vendors.
   

6. Vendor/Driver Responsibilities

Vendors and drivers are responsible for:

• Maintaining valid licenses and permits
• Ensuring vehicle safety and cleanliness
• Following road safety rules and legal requirements
• Providing fair and ethical service to customers

TukLyft is not liable for any actions, behavior, delays, or misconduct by vendors/drivers.
 

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or misbehave with any driver or staff
• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Create multiple fake accounts
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension.
 

8. Safety & Liability

TukLyft strives to provide a safe platform but is not responsible for:

• Accidents, injuries, or damages during a ride
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, breakdowns, or emergencies
• Loss of personal belongings during rides

All transportation-related risks are between the user and the vendor/driver.
 

9. App Usage & Restrictions

You must not:

• Copy or modify any part of the app
• Try to disrupt or manipulate the system
• Use bots, scripts, or unauthorized tools

TukLyft may update, modify, or restrict access to the app without prior notice.
 

10. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using TukLyft, you consent to data collection for:

• Account management
• Booking operations
• Safety and fraud prevention
• App improvement and analytics

 

11. Termination

TukLyft may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the platform
• You provide false information

You may also request account deletion through customer support.
 

12. Intellectual Property

All content in the TukLyft app—including logos, design, text, and code—is the property of TukLyft.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
 

13. Changes to Terms

TukLyft may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
